BAR launch
British American Racing unveiled their 2003 racer in Barcelona
Fair Centre. Key team personnel including the whole driver lineup
were present to express their views about the new car. David Richards
highlighted the team's ambition to real racing and the fact that the
car had been desingned by a rearranged design team. Technical director
Geoff Willis was full of enthusiasm with his creation that had just
passed all FIA safety tests and the engine that had lasted finely in
bench testing. Jenson Button will do the initial shakedown of the car
tomorrow.

10:00 am
We have arrived to Circuit de Catalunya where the first major test session of the year 2003 is taking place with almost all teams present. The weather is a bit cold but sunny. One of our photographers is at the moment covering the BAR launch at the Montjuic exhibition centre and we are hoping to have some pictures here later today. We will also have regular updates on the site during this week, so keep on visiting Racing Images.
